AIP（美国物理联合会）将原OJPS在线服务平台升级为Scitation平台，“Scitation”的名字标明平台内容主要涉及科学和技术领域以及平台采用了强大的引文处理技术。Scitation平台中包含18个科技出版社的110多种科技期刊，包含大约600，000篇文献，并且每月将新增6，000多篇文献。该数据库由国家科技图书文献中心出资支持联合购买。

http://www.aip.org/ 注：我校目前订购了美国物理研究所(American Institute of Physics, AIP) 10种电子期刊的全文（Applied Physics Letters、Chaos: An International Journal of Nonlinear Science、Journal of Applied Physics、Journal of Chemical Physics、Journal of Mathematical Physics、Journal of Physical and Chemical Reference Data 、Low Temperature Physics、Physics of Fluids、Physics of Plasmas、Review of Scientific Instruments），现在AIP及其成员学会的电子期刊服务全部通过Scitation平台来提供，在该平台上共有100多种科技刊，我校只可以看到AIP（10种）和APS（8种）共计18种期刊的全文，其余可以看到目录和文摘。另外，还可以免费使用SPIN数据库。
